At Pins & Co., we make sure your pins reach you quickly and hassle-free! Here’s what you need to know:

1. Delivery Time & Fees

• We ship all over Egypt, and shipping fees vary by location (calculated at checkout).

• Expect your order within 4–8 business days according to your location.

Cairo, Giza 4-5 days

Alexandria 4-5 days

Delta and Canal 5-6 days

Upper Egypt 6-8 days

Matroh, Sinai, New Valley, Red Sea 6-8 days

2. Check Your Order

• You have the right to inspect your order. We want you to love it!

• Not happy? No problem! You can refuse the order, but you’ll still need to cover the shipping fees once the order is confirmed by call or through the WhatsApp message we send (our delivery folks don’t work for free), and the order price will be refunded to you before we come back and take the order.
