بنوصّل لكل محافظات مصر:
ليه مينفعش فتح الشحنة قبل الاستلام؟
شريك الشحن بتاعنا Bosta® بياخد رسوم إضافية مقابل خدمة فتح الطرد عند الاستلام. وعشان نوفّر عليك التكلفة دي، شحناتنا بتتسلم مغلقة من غير معاينة عند الباب. بس متقلقش خالص — أياً كان اللي جواها، إنت متغطّي بالكامل بالوعود اللي تحت دي. 💛
وصلك حاجة غلط أو مكسورة؟ دي علينا بالكامل.
لو وصلك منتج مكسور أو مختلف عن اللي طلبته، كلمنا وهنبعتلك بديل من غير أي رسوم. لا مصاريف إرجاع ولا مصاريف توصيل ولا أسئلة. غلطتنا، وإحنا اللي بنتحمّلها.
غيّرت رأيك؟ ولا يهمك.
لو الأوردر مش عاجبك، كلمنا وهنبعتلك مندوب يستلم الشحنة منك — من غير ما تدفع أي حاجة على الاستلام. وبعد مراجعة سريعة للمنتجات عندنا، هنرجعلك قيمة الأوردر كاملة (رسوم الشحن الأصلية مش بتترد لأن التوصيل تم فعلاً).
عايز تبدّل بحاجة تانية؟
لو كله تمام بس حابب تغيّر منتجات، البدل متاح في أي وقت — هتدفع بس رسوم التوصيل الإضافية للتبديل.

Your delivery fee is calculated automatically in the cart and at checkout, based on your location — you'll always see it clearly before you pay.

Why packages can't be opened before payment
Our shipping partner Bosta® charges an extra fee for open-package inspection at the door. To keep that cost off your bill, our shipments are delivered sealed — no inspection at delivery. Don't worry though: whatever you find inside, you're fully covered by the promises below. 💛
Received a wrong or damaged item? That's on us — completely.
If anything arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, contact us and we'll send you a replacement free of any fees. No return costs, no delivery costs, no questions. Our mistake, our bill.
Changed your mind? No problem.
If the order just isn't for you, reach out and we'll send a courier to collect it — you pay nothing for the pickup. Once the returned items pass a quick inspection on our side, we'll refund the full order value (original shipping fees are not refundable, since the delivery was already made).
Want to swap for something else?
If everything's fine but you'd like to switch items, we're happy to exchange — you only cover the extra delivery fees for the swap.
